i have last version of xampp

This is the wrong forum as it is the German language forum - the English XAMPP for Windows forum (as you well know) is here and this topic may get moved there by a mod:

Google search for what you are looking for and I am sure there will be many results that will help your case - this ModSecurity is not part of the XAMPP for Windows installation and so no help or support is available for it on these forums.

You can download ModSecurity for Win32 in http://www.apachelounge.com/download/ and for Win64 http://www.apachehaus.com/cgi-bin/download.plx
Unfortunately it does not work for me: httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 133 of /xampp/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /xampp/apache/modules/mod_security2.so into server: The specified module could not be found.
