I'm trying to install for the first time Apache on my windows xp sp2 machine to work with JOOMLA on my pc.
I tried appserv, apache httpd and the last xampp and the result is that it doesn't work.
I killed comodo personal firewall, peerguardian and other program and not works
This is my situation:
You can see process apache that listen at port 80 but however the page doesn't load. It remains always in waiting for status. I tried with google chrome browser, firefox, explorer, and the result is the same doesn't work. I did also the check of the port with xampp.
the file host of windows is
127.0.0.1 localhost
