Apache didn't install because something using ports 80 & 443. I've disabled Skype. Anything else ususally using them?

Sure, a lot. e.g. every webserver. (because there ports are official registered for usage from webservers)

something using ports 80 & 443

But don't you think it's better, to use a tool like netstat, tcpview or xampp-portcheck to see which program is really using these ports?
