Configuring localhost for Dreamweaver?

I installed XAMMP to C:\Program Files\xampp

I have some websites I am working on in C:\Websites

My localhost was working as it pulled up the XAMP page and said everything was good. But in Dreamweaver I can't get any of the pages to load in the browsers - I end up with a 404 error.

I think on my previous installation I had localhost set to C:\Websites and then for my url prefix I would use something like http://localhost/WebsiteFolder/

How can I reset the location where localhost is pointing?
