XAMPP security settings problem

Hi i installed XAMPP 1.7.0 on windows vista and everithing works fine except security settings when try to enter i receive this error:

" Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

So doing a search in the XAMPP for Windows forum for security or access forbidden didn't come up with the solution to your little problem?
