I've just installed xampp 1.7.0 and i can't enter http://localhost/security/xamppsecurity.php to change the root password...

Anyone have an idea why?

What version of Windows?

What error message do you get?

I use windows server 2003.
xampp 1.7.0

and i get

access denied

403
