Since version 1.7.0 had PHP 4 removed, I think it would be better to have "http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.html#1171" removed (Question 5: How can I switch between PHP5 and PHP4 and back?) or make the question "Question 5: How can I switch between PHP5 and PHP4 and back in versions prior to 1.7.0?"
