XAMPP 1.7.0 on Windows Vista

Hello,
I'm facing this problem whenever I access my application. My Application was working well on xampp 1.5 version

As there was an permission denied error in my PHP file uploading. I tried to install the latest version on D drive. Now the total application fails. Did anybody face the same problem
