I trying to setup drupal and I need to set the write permissions in windows to the settings.php file. But I turned off simple file sharing and I don't see the internet user group or user that needs access. Do I have to create this?

Right click (--> properties) the file in explorer and verify that "read-only" is not checked.

that's it? nothing about internet user group and stuff?
