but if i try to process some index.php (after fluxbb forum installation) i've got an error

msvcr71.dll is part of the Microsoft.NET Framework 1.1 so perhaps download and install it on your PC.

So your msvcr71.dll problem is fixed now you have the latest and greatest .net framework?

Can you go to http://localhost and see all the demos and do they all work including the CD Collection demo?

If I understand you correctly this issue happened after you installed a script fluxbb forum - perhaps you can ask your question about msvcr71.dll to the script's author especially if XAMPP worked before you installed it.
