Everything works perfectly exept when I go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ or http://localhost/xammp I get "access forbidden".
I have made a database and have a Joomla cms running, but when I should make a new database I got the "access forbidden".

I tried to make a login to the database, but i did not help.

I'm a novice at apache

Whats can I do?

Can you please paste the full access forbidden error message.

Try using http://127.0.0.1/xampp and see if that works.
