returns Error 403

When i tried this
http://localhost/security/xamppsecurity.php to setup a simple login and password
to block the //localhost/phpmyadmin

It returns
Access forbidden!
You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

Anything specifically related to this [error] in your xampp\apache\logs\error.log file?

Or do a forum search for keyword security in the XAMPP for Windows forum perhaps.
