Xampp Server Remotely

1. I set everything up. (localhost works)
2. Access it on another computer through my static address.
3. Doesn't work, why not?

how do we know ? with no error reports or knowledge of what "I set everything up" actually means.

What is inside the error logs inside xampp/apache/logs/ ? paste what's inside here ok.

No errors.

DSL Line:
1. Desktop connected to modem and router.
2. 2 Laptops connected via the WiFi.
3. Remotely, I cannot use my static IP address. I can use my WLAN's IP addresses: 192.168.x.x

I'm relatively new to servers. I think http://www.dyndns.com and port forwarding will be the solutions.
