I have also tried changeing the 80 port to Listen *:80 in the file httpd.conf file according to another post by Izzy. Problem not solved.

Do you have Skype?

Is Internet Information Service (IIS) enabled?

I have skype but i have blocked it from using port 80
About IIS: Don´t know. I have searched enable iis here and on the net, but I don´t find how to do it.

To disable IIS in Vista go to
Start>Control Panel>Programs and Features
on the leftmost side you will find an option
Turn Windows features on or off
click on it and uncheck
Internet Information Services

could not bind to adress 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Apache could not be started

There is something else using port 80.
