Script install issue - -Please help

I have a script install issues that I am hoping this forum can help me resolve.

I have installed phpmyrealty locally using the latest version of xampp and as far as I am aware the install is correct. However phpmyrealty uses ionCube and when I load phpmyrealty http://localhost/pmr/ it comes up with the following error in the browser.

The file C:\Downloads\xampp\htdocs\pmr\includes\packages.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ionCube PHP Loader to be installed.

Now my php.ini file located C:\Downloads\xampp\apache\bin highlights Zend as follows;

However, still not joy.

You can only enable one of these lines.

and requires the free ionCube PHP Loader to be installed.

With phpinfo() you can verify that ionCube PHP Loader is loaded.

Well, I don't know what's wrong. With a current XAMPP 1.7.0 it's working in exactly this way and Ioncube is showing in phpinfo.
