Hi,
I install xampp 1.7.0 and my "php_value mbstring.func_overload 7" in .htaccess doesn't work.
Another php_values working and php reacts to mbstring.func_overload = 7 in php.ini

Help me please! Thanks.

Where did you put the .htaccess file (which folder in the xampp tree)?
