I have noticed in several of your post lately it has been hard to understand your translations from your native German into understandable English.

BTW it's Apache Friends in English not as you would have it Apache Friends in Englisch.

It would appear that the OP's language is Icelandic - sorry, you lose.

Do someone now what is wrong? btw i´m from iceland and big part of the code has bin translate to icelandic. NOT German.

Is the code Perl?

Does the file you are trying to run from your browser have a .cgi or .pl extension?

Where is this file located in the xampp tree for example C:\xampp\htdocs\yourtorrentfiles\ ?

How are your accessing it in your browser for example if it is a perl script?
http://localhost/yourtorrentfiles/torrentscript.cgi (or .pl)

What address are you typing in your browser or are you double clicking on the file in the folder using Explorer?

That will never work as you have to go through Apache so it can parse the php code.

Try http://localhost/index.php
