Hi,

I've just installed XAMPP, migrating from another WAMP and am using a new PC with VISTA64 business installed. I've followed the installation instructions and its installed to "c:\xampp". PHP works in broswer but fails from shell. I have a few PHP scripts that I run from time to time that are purely shell based.

Even "PHP --version" creates the same problem:
