Could someone tell me where I can get v 1.6.4 of XAMPP for Windows, the zip or 7zip file?

I am wanting to test Sphinx with MYSQL and I think I can do it with version 5.0.45 which was included in V 1.6.4 of XMAPP.

When I went to sourceforge earlier, I just saw the last 2 versions, but now I see the others.
