Installing under Win98 gave me the message, ODBC32.DLL not found, and aborted, I copied the file from Windows cd and the it was OLEAUT32.DLL error kinda like,..."php4ts.dll has links to the missing file"

The file resides in windows directory. What to do?

PS: Runing on a clean install of Win98 in a old machine assembled for development purposes.
