Permission Denied when executing external program in PHP

Hi all,

I am new here, so I am not sure if this is the right board to post my question.

I am getting Permission Denied error when I use the exec, shell_exec, unlink, etc functions in PHP.

I have tried setting the folder permission to Full Control, still no luck. Thanks.

Pleas post details of your Environment! Are you using XAMPP, if yes, did you made any changes, if no, could you post the output of phpinfo()!

And please post the complete(!) error message.
