HELP !Can't see anything by FTP protocol

I have installed Filezilla on server, I can see the welcome message from ftp server, I can't get and view any file on server side although server listed the connected IP address on console. WHEN I attempt to connect this server, dialogue anyways say: The connection timed out. :oops: :x :x :x :x :evil: :evil:

You connect to your local XAMPP/FileZilla with "ftp://localhost/"?

Yes I can use "localhost" or its real IP to connect it from localhost , but remote site can't .

That's often a problem with FTP and a nat router. Your remote client is using passive FTP (or active FTP)?

YES, this is exactly my dilemma , my server is placed behind my campus firewall, but the port is accessible from outside
