Installation on Windows server 2003

helllo, I wonder if you can help. I have installed Xampp on Windows server 2003. Installation was successful. All four services are running. However, when going into the admin area for Apache service, on local host, the page was not showing the language options and was mixing German with English. The error message is : "variable passed to each () is not an array or an object in E:\xampp\htdocs\xampp\head.php on line 27" The status link on the left was not showing. Can anyone have any idea on how to fix this? Help would be greatly appreciated.
