I am having an issue with my Xampp server. I have a site that I am hosting with my Home Xampp Server, http://www.Tindorafarms.com, but I cannot view it...It's scrambled in PHP, why is this?

I have uploaded the same files through my friends FTP and it worked on HIS site, but not on my home server, why is this?
