Install 1.22

"General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]
Unknown column 't.template_inherits_id' in 'field list' [1054]
An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists."
What do i do now, it a new install of xampp 1.22 and phpbb3 3.0.3 but not mysqldumper 1.22
