Is there any other ways for both to work together? xampp has use port 80 and iis manager needs port 80. When I change port 80 to 8080 for xampp, iis manager still cant work. Is there alternative to this?
Any can iis manager run on XP Pro in the first place?
Thanks

You must also change port 443 (SSL) to different port (for example 4433 or similar).
