I have xampp (version 1.6.6a) on windows xp .
i tried to run apxs.bat but it was an error:

C:\Programmi\xampp\apache\bin>apxs.bat -i -a -c mod_auth_mysql.c
Can't locate strict.pm in @INC (@INC contains: .) at apxs.bat line 35.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at apxs.bat line 35.

please help me.
