Apache Friends Support Forum

How does one contribute back to XAMPP? Where is the source to assemble your own stack from prebuilt binaries? XAMPP Project is GPL, does that include all the scripts used to build the stacks? I am having a hard time finding any of this information so any help would be greatly appreciated.
