Problems getting Apache and MySql to run

I have just installed XAMPP i=on a Windows Vista system and am not able to get Apache to run, or MySql to start. Using the apache_start.bat I can see the following error:

Apache 2 is starting ...
(OS 10013)An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its acces
s permissions. : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs[/b]

Apache konnte nicht gestartet werden
Apache could not be started

Can anyone help me correct whatever I have done wrong here [/b]

Stop Skype before starting Apache...

If you do not have Skype, execute xampp_portcheck.exe in the XAMPP Directory!
