Hi,

Hope somebody can help me out, i have only recently installed xampp on windows and all was working perfectly. However the next day i tried to log into php admin and upon entering my username and password i got a sign saying "error: cannot log into mysql server.."
Very confused ....

Which username and password? You *must* *not* use Windows Users, but MySQL Users instead (these are different!).
