Install Xampp Lite to Different Directory

I'd like to install XamppLite to a different directory on my Windows machine that d:\xampplite. What is the best way to do this? If I change the directory structure at all then xampp_start.exe gives an error. This also happens if I try and run xampp_start.exe from anywhere else (say a script that resides on the root of the drive).

Any ideas?

What is the best way to do this?

Just move or extract the files to directory you want and execute "setup_xampp.bat".
