Hi,
I just installed xampp on vista home premium. It's running fine. However, I can't get the zencart to install. Says 'object not found'.
Any help?

How did you install XAMPP?
Where did you install XAMPP?
Where did you put Zencart?
How did you call the Zencart installation script?

I dl'd the newest xampp from sourceforge, and installed it into c:\server.
I unzipped zencart (newest version) into the /htdocs directory, then renamed it from zencart to shop. Then I started foxfire, pointed to www.example.com/xampp/shop.
I get an error message saying object not found. This is the first time of installing xampp, and I do like it.
Thanks,

OK, you did this:

C:\server\htdocs\shop

And when you call http://example.com/xampp/shop you're asking for this:

C:\server\htdocs\xampp\shop

you see the problem?

Ok, sorry, I left out the full path in my last post. The full path is c:\server\xampp\xampp\htdocs\shop
I tried www.example.com/xampp/xampp/htdocs/shop
and it still doesn't work. I'm sorry for the error, you are right, but I had already thought of that. Please excuse the lack of clarity.

If this is really true, then you installed XAMPP not to C:\server, you used C:\server\xampp!

Also you just would have to type in http://localhost/shop to reach your App.
