Postby anuj576 » 24. August 2008 12:34

hey guys,
I've been using xampp for the last one month but today when i tried to start it, it was unable to start and the error was :-
"could not to bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
No listening sockets available, shutting down
unable to open log files
.."

Please Help

I guess another server is running on port 80.

(Sorry, but you have not post the complete error message...)

It does not necessarily have to be another Server, also other Programs like Skype can block Port 80. Run the xampp-portcheck.exe inside the xampp Directory, this will tell you what is listening on Port 80.
