Port issues in Windows Vista

I tried to install xampp on my Vista machine and even though I have disabled both firewall programs (Windows and McAfee) it still says ports 80, 443 and 3306 are in use. Anyone have any thoughts on what could be causing this? I've also disabled some of the Windows components associated with IIS just in case there was a conflict between IIS and xampp, but this does not seem to have helped either.

What is "it"?

(Maybe Apache/MySQL is allready running? --> see in taskmanager)

"it" is the xampp installer. At the end of the installation it tells me that those ports are in use.
