What does 'Primary', 'Unique', and 'Index' mean?

Under the "Action" section of the table view, could someone please explain to me in layman's terms what these three options mean?

As this is basic knowledge about SQL tables and how they work (especially how "keys" are working), you should get you a book or similar documentation about SQL.
