Apache Friends Support Forum

ok, i have a server set up with xampp, and i am hosting more than one web site, and some of them are for other people.

and they dont have FTP to my cgi-bin in the /xampp dir, and im not giveing them access to it, how can i move it to there dir? and de-make it a domain wide dir?
