Apache Friends Support Forum

OK So I am very new to servers, and whatnot; and am having a problem. I can get everything to work, exept FileZilla (or any other ftp for that matter) I was wondering if there is some tutorial on how to set it up.

NOTES:
I am running Windows XP Service Pack 2.
Everything works, except FTP.
