Installation port80

Hi all,

I have been using Appserv before and I would like to change to xampp now.
I tried to uninstall the Appserv and install xampp.
At the end of the installation, I got an error :

Error
Ports 80 or 443 (SSL) already in use. Installing Apache2.2 service failed.

I looked at the SCM in the control panel of xampp, there are 2 Apache, one is Apache (seems to be the old one) and one is Apache 2.2
and Apache is started.

It shows the old index page when I enter http://localhost

I stop it and click "start" in the control panel for Apache,
the log shows "Apache service started"
but there is no "running" besides "Apache" in the panel
also "cannot connect to localhost" when I access http://localhost
