form results truncating

I've have an odd issue that keeps coming up with php forms that send to my localhost mail account via mercury mail. It seems that the form results will just truncate and stop at some point in the form. It's not the form that's at fault, because when I push the same form to a live webserver and test it, it works fine. All the fields come in as expected.

I thought that switching between php4 and php5 would solve the issue, but it doesn't. Has anyone else run into an issue similar to this? Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.
