Xampp on Vista and Antivirus

I installed Xampp on my Windows Vista 32 machine. Everything works fine when I turn off Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0. But when it is on, localhost doesn't load in browser. I'm pretty sure it is some sort of sercurity setting but I can't figure it out. Anyone familiar with Kaspersky 7?

Kaspersky have a Firewall, in Firewall open the Port 80 n all directions
