#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'
Posted: 12. June 2008 14:53everytime I try to run PHPmyadmin from xampp it gives me this message:#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) - On my original installation I didn't get this message. However, I re-installed XAMPP and now I get this message.
i've checked the config files and I'm not using any passwords. Plus, when I run 'moodle' installation it installs without any problem. Just can't get into PHPmyadmin!!
any suggestions? should I format my server? I've already tried a registry clean up but this doesn't work.
