Is it just me that finds 'phpMyAdmin' confusing to use ?

I've just installed the latest Xampp Windows package, which uses: phpMyAdmin V2.11

Can anyone suggest a good free guide to using this version of phpMyAdmin ?

Well, I never found any manual, but phpMyAdmin is very intuitive. If you say what do you need to do, maybe you will get more answers. I know how to use some things, but other things... I don't have any idea.

Are you familiar with MySQL? If not, you may want to start with that.
