Problems with Security

I have installed the Windows version of XAMPP and am having problems with the security page. The install goes fine, but when I go the security page it does not load beyond the table that describes the current status of security.

The link to the security logins to do not show up or any of the text below that screen.

I do not have this problem with the xampp lite.

I have tried several installs and have the same issue each time.

Help!
