MySQL Version of XAMPP

We are migrating a server with MySQL 3.23 and would like to find XAMPP version with this database version. How can I find a which XAMPP version has this version of MySQL?

Here's the list of old versions. I can see from there that 1.4.13 already has MySQL 4.1, so you probably need an even older version if you really want an old XAMPP version to do this.
