AVGFree identifies phpcli.exe as a Trojan - is this benign?

Object name: phpclie.exe
Object path C:\server\xampp1\php\php4\
Discovery: Trojan horse PSW.Legendmir.JCO
Files siz: 24kb (24576 bytes).

This is on XAMPP version 1.4.16.

Since AVGFree is known for false positives, I wonder if this is yet another one of them, or should I have a reason to be concerned?

I downloaded this specific XAMPP version directly from SourceForge.

Thanks!

I see that there are no replies to this post. The same thing has been reported by AVG on my PC, but this is the paid version of AVG and not the free version.

Does this file contain a trojan or not?

Object name: phpclie.exe

A file with the name "phpclie.exe" is not part of the XAMPP package.

MAybe you are talking about "phpcli.exe"?

Yes, it's phpcli.exe

Specifically it's c:/apachefriends/xampp/php/php4/phpcli.exe
