Hello and welcome Bong-Master.

Firstly, would you please use capital letters to start a sentence and a full stop to end it? It would make your post much easier to read. Thanks.

Secondly, regarding your query, I'd like some more information about your situation please.

1. How are you trying to access your site? Ip or name adress?
2. XP or Vista?
3. Your site is on your PC or another machine?
4. What's the ip address of the machine that's running XAMPP? You imply that it's now different from the router, but would you confirm that?

There can't be a conflict. Your router have "192.168.0.1" and your pc have "192.168.0.5". So where is the conflict?

He wasn't correcting your grammar. He was trying to help you format your message in such a way more people will read it, which will help you get help faster.

sentences like these are harder to read because there is no capitalization and punctuation this makes some people decide not to help you that's all

So you said you changed your router's IP. That means your IP will change also, if you use DHCP. That will mean you need to change the router's forward rule also to your new IP!
