Package XAMPP with GPL project

Hi all,

This is not really only Windows related, but I found no better place to ask this.
I want to package XAMPP with my GPL licensed project (LOVD) preinstalled. My idea is to release a CD (and offer the .iso file for download at my website) with the Windows XAMPP zip file and my project preinstalled in the XAMPP environment included with a simple installation .bat file or something.

How is this license-wise? XAMPP is GPL too, so I am allowed to download XAMPP, modify default settings and some pages, included my project, package it, and offer it for download, right?
