BSOD on Vista after click Start Apache

Hello,

My configuration :
Vista SP1 Business edition
XAMPP 1.6.6a

- Installation of XAMPP
- Launch Apache and Mysql (with Control Panel), do some work. Everything is ok
- restart Vista
- launch Apache => BSOD

I have the mini-dump files if needed.

It seems that I have the same problem with the Lite version. And if I launch Apache with the bat files (apache_start.bat) there's no problem after that even if I use the control panel for further start/stop operations.
