Unistalling XAMPP

After each uninstall of XAMPP, my browsing gets worse. Firefox resolves pages significantly slower, CPU hits 100% for a while. I'm using Kaspesky. Problem is that i install/uninstall XAMPP in 30 min. so i can realize that before that PC and Firefox works perfect.
Any help!
