vhosts access control

Hi all,

I use vhosts to host more sites, this is working
But the last days I see one IP over and over agean.

Now I want to blok that IP ore hostname
on all my sites, using one config file.

On google I can only find .htaccess bloks, for this i need to add it to every site.

Hope someone can help
